Hi, I’m Leslie.
I work at the strategic level — building the direction, systems, and creative frameworks that help brands and organizations show up consistently and grow — while staying close to what actually performs on each platform. Over 12+ years my work has spanned consumer brands, media companies, nonprofits, universities, and established creators.
I know it works because I built it myself. I grew Doug the Pug into one of the most recognized pet brands in the world — 18M+ followers, bestselling books, national campaigns, global press — and turned that audience into a multi-platform business. That hands-on experience is what I bring to every client today.
"Leslie Mosier is a brand equity and revenue multiplier. Her ability to navigate social media through deep audience connections, organizational alignment, and integrity is exceptional, driving visibility, engagement, and sustainable growth for any client. Leslie’s work with our University has provided a drastic spike in interest, brand value and overall visibility across a variety of constituencies – including prospective and current students, alumni, and the public."
Jens Frederiksen, President of the University of New Haven
“Leslie’s expertise and thoughtful messaging have helped EndoFound's social media grow exponentially. In just one year, our Instagram has gained over 70,000 new followers and seen 3.7 million impressions in the past 120 days, connecting us with a whole new audience. Leslie truly is the engine that keeps our small but mighty social media team running, and her impact is undeniable. I highly recommend her!”

MY APPROACH
-

IDENTITY
I start by looking closely at what you’ve already built — your channels, your voice, and what’s resonating with your audience. From there, we clarify what your brand stands for and how it should show up consistently across platforms.
Whether that means refining what’s already working or reimagining how your brand shows up entirely, the goal is the same: to create an identity that’s clear, recognizable, and instantly engaging — so people understand who you are and why you matter the moment they find you.
-

STRATEGIZE
Once that foundation is clear, I shape a social media strategy that gives your content direction and purpose. We define what belongs on each platform, how your ideas translate into content, and how everything works together instead of feeling scattered.
Social media is always changing, and I build strategies that can adapt in real time — so your presence stays relevant, intentional, and effective as platforms and culture shift.
-

GROW
Growth happens when content feels aligned, consistent, and genuinely engaging over time. As strategy is applied, visibility builds naturally — opening the door to deeper audience connection, stronger brand recognition, and new opportunities.
I focus on growth that actually matters: sustained visibility, audience momentum, and outcomes that extend beyond social media into real business impact.
ABOUT ME
Leslie Mosier is a social media strategist and the founder of L. Mosier Creative, where she helps brands, nonprofits, universities, and established creators turn cultural attention into lasting visibility — and real business growth.
She built her expertise by doing it. Leslie created and grew Doug the Pug into one of the most recognized pet brands in the world, building an audience of more than 18 million followers and expanding it into a multi-platform business spanning New York Times bestselling books, national campaigns, global press, and live events. The work earned two People's Choice Awards and a Shorty Award, and made her one of the people shaping the creator economy before it had a name. She holds a business degree from Belmont University and recently took the Cannes Lions stage to talk about how creators actually make — and lose — money.
Today she brings that operator's perspective to every client, from the University of New Haven to the Endometriosis Foundation of America. Her approach pairs strategy with hands-on execution: she builds the direction, systems, and creative frameworks that scale, while staying close to what actually performs on each platform. She also founded the Doug the Pug Foundation, a 501(c)(3) supporting children and families facing life-threatening illness.
